Overview

The Epping Police Department has partnered with Great Bay Community College Police Testing Alliance.  Whenever we have an open Patrol Officer position we will draw from the list of candidates who took the most recent test.  For information on the test, please click here.

The successful Police Officer candidate must complete and pass a rigorous hiring process consisting of the written exam, physical agility test, oral board interviews, in-depth background investigation, polygraph examination, psychological examination, and more.  Once hired, the candidate must attend the 16-week full-time New Hampshire Police Academy in Concord, NH.​
